Siffer — not just for annual clients
After building the most efficient system on the market for annual clients (purely objectively 🤣), we've decided to take it one step further: clubs, associations, sole proprietorships and limited companies that need ongoing bookkeeping. We've therefore launched a stack of new features to make everyday life easier for them:
EHF: Do you have public-sector organisations as customers? No problem! With Siffer you can send EHF (Norway’s electronic invoicing standard) to anyone registered in the ELMA registry. It is used automatically if your contacts are able to receive EHF.
eFaktura: Today’s young people barely know what an invoice is or how to pay one. With eFaktura, private customers get the invoice straight into their online bank or on their phone, and it’s paid with a few taps. This is the easiest and cheapest way to get paid by private individuals in Norway.
Bulk invoicing: Do you run a club or an association? Send out all member fees in one go! With Siffer it’s easy to send eFaktura to every member in a single operation.
Payment matching: With the bank connected, Siffer matches incoming payments to invoices fully automatically. And best of all — you don’t even need an expensive KID agreement (Norwegian payment reference scheme) with your bank.
What does this mean for me?
Siffer will still be the preferred system for annual clients, but going forward we’ll also develop innovative solutions for those with ongoing bookkeeping needs.
